Responsibilities:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00b7 Manage end-to-end recruitment, overseeing the entire hiring cycle and meeting the company\u2019s goals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00b7 Preferred recruitment experiences of roles such as: Skilled trades (Drillers, technicians, Hydrovac Operators, fiber installers, etc), Project managers, site supervisors, Field operations, and support roles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00b7 Familiar with industry trends, including market and unemployment conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00b7 Build talent pipelines for ongoing and upcoming construction and telecom projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00b7 Source candidates using job boards, trade associations, unions, referrals, social media, and industry networks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00b7 Screen resumes and conduct phone\/video interviews to assess skills, certifications, and field experience<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00b7 Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00b7 Verify licenses, certifications, and site-specific requirements (e.g., working at heights, safety training, driver\u2019s license etc.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00b7 Support offer preparation, negotiation, and onboarding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00b7 Manage background checks, reference checks, and pre-employment requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
